At no cost or obligation to you I would be pleased to do a comparable market analysis to assist you in determining a reasonable value for your home and property.  Establishing a marketable value for your home will greatly impact the number of potential buyers for your property.  Generally, if a property is priced higher than the market area's other comparable properties, you may have less buyer interest than if your property was priced lower.

Ultimately, you...the seller, determine your selling price.  My responsibility is to assist you in having an educated overview of reasonable prices in your market location so that you have the best possible chance of selling your home as quickly as possible.
