     to MichaelSDunn.com.  This website will provide information and resources for anyone  interested in real estate listings for properties in Aspen to Glenwood Springs, Colorado.  Nestled within the beautiful Rocky Mountains are the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys.  These areas include the picturesque towns of Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, New Castle, Silt, Rifle, Parachute and Battlement Mesa.
     I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado, and a Realtor working with Bray & Co. Real Estate.  In this site, you will find real estate listings and photos and also many informative articles that include general real estate principles, tips, checklists and worksheets. While using this site, please keep in mind that regulations and customs vary from state to state and that my expertise is limited to Colorado. In addition, my knowledge of the current market trends and specific properties is limited to the Roaring Fork Valley (from Aspen to Glenwood Springs) and the Colorado River Valley (between Glenwood Springs and Battlement Mesa).
